Laser Engraving:Yes, you can select from our available font options. Embossing:Font selection is not available. Embossed products use the default Calibri font.
What are the embossing options available?
We offer three types of embossing finishes:
Gold Foil
Silver Foil
Blind Embossing (no foil, subtle impression)
Note: These embossing options apply to embossed products only and do not include laser-engraved items.
What’s the difference between laser engraving and embossing?
Laser Engraving uses a laser to precisely etch your text or design onto the surface. It's sharp, permanent, and allows font selection.
Embossing involves pressing a design into the material. It creates a raised (or indented) effect and can be finished with gold/silver foil or left plain (blind embossing).
How long does production take?
Production typically takes at least 1 week after order confirmation. Please allow additional time for shipping.
Can I preview my customization before ordering?
Yes! A digital mock-up will be shown during the order process (for laser engraving only). Embossing previews are not currently available due to the fixed font and process.
Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We welcome bulk or corporate gift orders. Please contact our support team for a custom quote and timeline.
Can I return a custom item?
Due to the personalized nature of our products,custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a production error or defect.
